Small Estate

Is for estate under $40,000. This notice runs once a week for two weeks.

Final Settlement

Closing of an estate. This publications runs once a week for four consecutive weeks.

Statement of Account

The Independent personal representative submits a complete accounting of all receipts and disbursements of the probate assets in a decedent estate. This publications runs once a week for four consecutive weeks.

Termination of Parent Rights

Notification to parent or guardian that cannot be served, that a hearing will be held to determine parental rights or the termination thereof. Runs once a week for four weeks.

Care and Custody of Minor

Notification to parent or guardian that cannot be served, that a hearing will be held to determine the care and custory of a minor child. Runs once a week for four weeks.

Guardianship of Minor

Notification to parent or guardian that cannot be served, that a hearing will be held to determine guardianship of minor. Runs once a week for four weeks.

Determination of Heirship

When one cannot find or doesn’t know whom the rightful heirs are in a decedent’s estate, a publication to determine heirs is published.

Notice to Creditors

A notice that is published, notifying creditors of a trust that they have a specified time to submit claims to the representative of a trust, usually a bank. This notice runs once a week for four consecutive weeks.
